A new shopping center in Wescosville, Pa., could include Lowe’s Home Improvement as an anchor tenant in a proposal from developer Anthony Properties. Plans call for a 153,000-square-foot shopping center, a four-story hotel, a 6,000-square-foot restaurant and a bank.
