Luxury boutique hotel proposed in West Hartford, Conn.

The development team seeking to build a six-story luxury hotel at the corner of Memorial and Raymond roads has detailed their plans for town officials. The town council and plan and zoning commission held a joint public hearing on the application for the Delamar Hotel, which would be a 111-room boutique hotel.
