Luxury Renaissance O’Hare Hotel in Chicago acquired by Laurus Corp.

Laurus Corp. has acquired the Renaissance O’Hare Hotel in Chicago. The private real estate investment and development firm did not disclose the purchase price of the 362-suite, upscale hotel property that is located three miles from O’Hare International Airport, one of the nation’s busiest travel hubs.
