Marriott’s AC Hotel brand developing second Florida property

The design for the second AC Hotel property in South Florida has been approved, and permits for its construction were filed Tuesday. The 233-room hotel will feature meeting space, a pool, bar and fitness room. Marriott plans to open more than 50 AC Hotels throughout the United States and Latin America by 2018.
