Millennial-focused hotel to open in Champaign, Ill.

The Champaign city council paved the way for a millennial-focused boutique hotel to be built in downtown Champaign. Construction will begin in 2017 or 2018 and the project will be finished in 2019, officials said. It will require no financial assistance from the city but will be located in a tax-increment-financing district. Read The News-Gazette story here
