Mixed-use property in Orlando, Fla., to include hotel, residences

A proposal has been filed with the city of Orlando, Fla., to redevelop a site leased by the Orlando Sentinel publication into a mixed-use property. The first phase of the project would include apartments, office and retail space and a parking garage.
