N.J. brownfield to become $2.2B mixed-use project

Remediation work has been completed at a 440-acre site in Sayreville, N.J., setting the stage for construction to start on a $2.2 billion mixed-use project. The first phase will see the construction of a 200,000-square-foot retail store. The Pointe will include town homes, apartments, office space, a hotel, retail and a marina.
