Nashville, Tenn., undergoing construction boom

The city of Nashville, Tenn., has issued nearly $2 billion in building permits so far this year. City administrators say the number is expected to climb to $2.2 billion before the end of 2014. News recently broke on two major projects, which will include a 35-story hotel and a 30-story building that will be the new headquarters of Bridgestone Americas.
