Hy-Vee opened a new store in Savage, Minn., Tuesday that includes the retailer’s first Basin cosmetics and beauty department and new grab-and-go foods. The 98,300-square-foot store is an indication of what future stores will look like for the retailer, which will open another store in the state next year that will include clothing, a fitness center, restaurants and takeout in addition to traditional grocery offerings.
