Norwalk, Conn., to see enclosed shopping center built

Norwalk, Conn., will see the development of a 700,000-square-foot shopping center called The SoNo Collection, and this one will be an enclosed building. Developer General Growth Properties says Norwalk is one of the most desirable markets in the United States and “1 out of 5 households in the trade area are among the top 1 percent of Americans in terms of wealth.” Read the Republican-American (Waterbury, Conn.)/The Associated Press story here
