NRA: Restaurant sales, operator optimism rose in Nov.

Restaurant traffic and sales ticked up in November, along with operators’ optimism for the future, according to NRA‘s Restaurant Performance Index. Forty-six percent of operators forecast higher sales in the next six months, up from 44% in the previous month, and 60% plan to invest in expansions, remodels or new equipment.
