NYC considers passing new hotel permit

New York City is considering passage of a special permit that would be required for hotels being built in manufacturing zones. Analysis by The Real Deal found that construction for typical hotels takes on average about a year longer to complete than other buildings, and this new permit could potentially cause further delays.
