Two Palm Beach County, Fla., hotels have taken on new names and ownership and ushered in renovations that have upgraded their facilities or added new amenities. The Ritz-Carlton became the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa and brought in new programs for children, started pouring champagne for guests at check-in and launched new events, such as star gazing.
