Peninsula Shopping Center in Wash. could include mixed-use layout

Olympic Property Group has presented three versions of plans for the downtown Gig Harbor, Wash., Peninsula Shopping Center. The plans include 115 residential units, as well as commercial and public-use options for the nearly 6-acre site. The new plans could include new retail and would not displace Columbia Bank or Charlie Barnes Kids. Read The News Tribune story here
