Philadelphia approves plan for second casino hotel in city

The Philadelphia Planning Commission approved a plan for a second casino in the city. The $400 million casino proposed by Cordish Cos. and Greenwood Racing would include a 19-story hotel, 125 table games and more than 2,000 slot machines. The first casino in Philadelphia, SugarHouse Casino, opened in 2010. Read the NJ.com story here
