The developer of a planned 108-room Hampton Inn and Suites in Toledo, Ohio, has broken ground on the site and says it expects to finish construction by July 2014. The hotel is one-half of an estimated $25 million project that includes a 92-room Holiday Inn Express, whose construction is expected to start later this year. Read The Blade story here.
