Encore Capital Management, developer of the planned MargaritaVillage resort in Osceola County, Fla., has revealed more features of the project, including a 12-acre themed water park that will be open to the public and a lagoon at the property’s center. Other amenities at the 300-acre resort include 200 hotel rooms, retail space, 437 vacation-rental homes, 340 apartments and 300 timeshare units.
