Executives from the Colorado Grand Resort and Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colo., say the project will continue despite missing its groundbreaking date. The reason for the delay was a sewer line issue, which is now being resolved. Construction is now scheduled to begin in September. The water park resort’s opening has been moved to fall 2016.
