The development of the $300 million IMD Gateway Center in Chicago moves closer to construction with the Illinois Medical District Commission‘s approval of the project. Gateway Center will consist of a hotel, two apartment buildings, a medical office building, laboratory and retail space and a five-level parking structure. Ground could break within the next year.
