Plans for San Antonio mixed-use development take shape

Topique Construction is transforming a 187,000-square-foot office building in San Antonio into retail, office, restaurant space and more, along with a multilevel parking structure. Interior work on the existing building will wrap up in 2019, and construction on the retail component is expected to start in 2020. Read The Business Journals story here
