Proposals sought for hotel in planned $76M Houston tower

Houston First has issued a request for proposals for a hotel on the top floors of a planned building in downtown Houston. The $76 million Greater Houston Partnership Building will serve as the headquarters of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau, Houston First, GHP and the Center for Houston’s Future.
