Rebuilding after Superstorm Sandy crawls along

Only a handful of the billions of dollars in proposed projects to protect New York and New Jersey after 2012’s Superstorm Sandy have been completed. Some of those include elevating homes, adding flood protection and protecting power supplies. Experts predict it will take years to get many projects moving. Read The New York Times story here
