Miami’s strengthening economy, rebounding tourism industry and projected rise in population spurred the city to the top of list of major markets on the annual Growth 40 report from QSR and NPD Group. The city’s quickserve eateries are on track for a 16 percent traffic rise over the next five years, the report says.
