A 200-acre mixed-used resort is planned for the Coachella Valley in California, a site that already contains an Arnold Palmer Signature golf course. Encinitas-based developer The Robert Green Co. has formed a partnership to develop the property and plans both a luxury hotel and a lifestyle brand hotel for the $360 million resort.
