Developer Glenn Straub plans to build a megaresort with water park at the former Revel Casino-Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The project’s water park would be valued at $108 million and include indoor and outdoor sections. Straub also said he wants the complex and surrounding areas to become a playground for adults and families by featuring laser shows, concerts, polo and amateur sports facilities.
