Retailers get upgrades as N.J. mall makes room for Zara

The Cherry Hill Mall in Cherry Hill, N.J., relocated five stores to make room for Zara’s new 26,000-square-foot store, which opened late last month. The process gave mall developer Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust an opportunity to remodel and upgrade spaces for existing tenants including Hollister and Banana Republic, PREIT CEO Joseph Coradino said.
