RLJ Lodging Trust announced its purchase of the Humble Oil Building complex in Houston for $79.5 million. The landmark complex is composed of three structures — the 171-room Residence Inn Houston Downtown Convention Center, the 191-room Courtyard Houston Downtown Convention Center and an apartment building.
