Eight new eateries are set to open this spring and additional restaurants and retail will follow in the coming years as part of a renovation project at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Chains Pei Wei Asian Diner and Lucky Louie will launch new locations at the airport, and seafood concept Salty’s is set to open a two-story restaurant there next year.
