Shaquille O’Neal’s fast-casual Big Chicken debuts in Las Vegas

Basketball star Shaquille O’Neal has introduced the first Big Chicken fast-casual restaurant in Las Vegas, which serves fried-chicken sandwiches, sliders, fries, chicken strips, salads and a full bar menu. The concept is the first of several restaurants O’Neal plans to open with partners Matthew Silverman and Matthew Piekarski, who founded the Hexx Chocolate brand.
