Simon Property Group is preparing a major renovation at one of its Atlanta-area retail centers, Phipps Plaza. It plans to make improvements in lighting, paint and seating, and install WIFI and a concierge service center. The project will also feature 320 luxury residential units and a 164-room AC by Marriott hotel in partnership with Noble Investment Group.
