Simon Property Group has rebranded its 1.8 million-square-foot retail center in northeast Philadelphia as Philadelphia Mills to reflect recent changes at the 25-year-old complex. It has attracted new tenants, including an expanded Wal-Mart and Neiman Marcus Last Call, and is planning to add “at least a dozen” new restaurants or stores over the next year, the company says.
