Southern Classic Chicken shifts into growth mode

Tom O’Keefe started his career in the restaurant business working as legal counsel for the founder of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen before moving on to stints at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Smoothie King. Now, as managing director of Southern Classic Chicken, O’Keefe is leading the New Orleans-based chain into a new growth chapter, with plans to open at least 15 new units in Louisiana.
