Spa, boutique floor planned at Fla.’s The Breakers Palm Beach resort

Guests of The Breakers Palm Beach will be able to stay on the Flagler Club concierge level beginning in October. The boutique-style floor has undergone a $5 million renovation to add new rooms and suites, offering exclusive amenities.
