A group that includes Starwood Capital Group has agreed to a multistate hotel purchase that includes four properties in Wichita, Kansas. The hotels are a SpringHill Suites by Marriott, a Residence Inn by Marriott, a Hilton Garden Inn and a Hampton Inn & Suites, which fetched a total of more than $50 million.
