Straub wins right to purchase Revel, now seeks to stop sale

A bankruptcy judge green-lighted the sale of the Revel casino in Atlantic City, N.J., to developer Glen Straub, and rejected his argument that he should be allowed to purchase the property for $87 million rather than the $95.4 million he initially bid.
