Suburban office parks get a makeover in Atlanta area

Many older commercial office parks in the suburbs of Atlanta are being turned into mixed-use developments. The Concourse Corporate Center park will get a new hotel, a residential building and restaurants as part of a $90 million makeover. The Simpson Organization plans to redevelop another park by renovating several existing buildings, building a 170-room hotel and adding residential and retail space.
