Marriott International has officially opened a dual-branded hotel building in New York that includes a 261-room Residence Inn by Marriott and a 378-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel. At nearly 753 feet, the 68-story structure has taken the distinction of being the tallest lodging property without an attached residential or office space in the United States.
