The St. Regis Rome sold to Constellation Hotels for $150.7 million

Subsidiaries of Constellation Hotels Holdings have purchased The St. Regis Rome hotel for $150.7 million. The 161-room property will continue to fly the St. Regis flag and be operated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide under a new management contract.
