Two hotels to be part of $400M multi-use project in Calif.

Developers Montana Property Group and Lowe Enterprises have unveiled a $400 million development project in Santa Clara, Calif., that includes hotels, office space and commercial outlets. The master plan calls for a 125-room hotel and a 200-room hotel. The project’s first phase is expected to receive approval by summer 2014 and begin construction soon after.
