Two new leases signed at Jasper Village in Jasper, Ga.

SRS Real Estate Partners has announced two new leases at Jasper Village shopping center in Jasper, Ga. which is owned by Birmingham, Ala. based Fairway Investments. Cricket Wireless has signed a lease for space consisting of 1,400 square feet and will open spring of 2016. PetSense, a national pet food retailer that caters to smaller markets, also signed a lease at the center. Their space will consist of 5,018 square feet and will open in the fall 2016. Co-tenants include Kroger, State Farm Insurance, Village Cleaners, Great Clips and Papa John’s Pizza.
