Vacation Holdings Hawaii, the parent company of Aston Hotels & Resorts, has acquired hotel-management firm Aqua Hospitality. The terms of the sale were not disclosed. The acquisition will not lead to a rebranding or any change in management and staff. Aqua’s management portfolio comprises two properties on Guam and 26 in Hawaii.
