Value Place Hotels has secured a special-use permit for construction of a 116-room property in Romeoville, Ill. The property is one of 15 hotels in Value Place’s five-year pipeline for Chicago. The Romeoville hotel construction is expected to start in the spring. Read the Chicago Tribune story here
