Waterfront project in Buffalo, N.Y., focuses on hockey

A nearly $200 million project on Lake Erie in Buffalo, N.Y., just opened, and includes a 19-story building for amateur hockey. Billionaire Terrance Pegula, who recently purchased the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills, is organizing the HarborCenter project, which is expected to become a destination spot for hockey enthusiasts.
