Work begins on V Hotel in New Rochelle, N.Y.

New Rochelle officials joined principals of 43 Church Street LLC for a groundbreaking ceremony for the new boutique V Hotel in downtown New Rochelle, part of Choice Hotel’s worldwide ‘Ascend’ Collection. The eight-story V Hotel will feature 80 luxury guest rooms and amenities including a full-service restaurant and bar, meeting space, an exercise room and open lounges.
