A $2.3 billion development called the Spring District in Bellevue, Wash., is moving ahead today as demolition of a distribution center begins the project’s first phase. The 36-acre development will be made up of 16 blocks of properties, consisting of office buildings, retail areas, a hotel and more than 1,000 multifamily residences. Georgia DOT joins 11 states requiring e-Ticketing in 2026
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has launched a statewide e-Ticketing initiative—starting in 2026, all contractors will be required to use e-Ticketing under Section 110 of GDOT specifications. As a first step,
