The Massachusetts Gaming Commission voted 3-1 to award a casino license to Wynn Resorts for a proposed casino near Boston. Commissioners said they chose Wynn Resorts over a competing proposal from Mohegan Sun because of economic development potential of the $1.6 billion casino in Everett, Mass.
