McGraw Hill Construction reports that regions such as central Florida and north Texas are seeing increased construction activity and job growth. Central Florida’s commercial and residential permits surged 47 percent in the first 11 months of last year compared with 2012, jumping from $2.9 billion to $4.2 billion.
