Huge hotel coming to Queens, N.Y.

The 50-story Toyoko Inn planned for the Queens borough will be the ninth-largest hotel in New York City and the only member of the top 10 outside of Manhattan. Questions have arisen about the Toyoko’s marketability, although a recent TRD analysis found its Long Island City location the most popular in the outer boroughs for new hotels.
