Moorestown Township, N.J., agrees to redevelop retail center

After reaching an agreement with Fair Share Housing Center, Moorestown Township in New Jersey will redevelop Moorestown Mall and rezone the retail center, as well as Lenola Shopping Center and a former Kmart location, for mixed-use development.
