Dallas-based architectural firm, Mayse & Associates Inc., plans to open its latest hospitality project, a 103-key, four-story Courtyard by Marriott hotel. The 76,118 square foot select-service hotel is located at Marsha Sharp Freeway and Avenue V, near the Texas Tech University campus, in Lubbock, Texas. Fittingly, the hotel’s main tower is painted “Red Raider” red, making it instantly identifiable. The project was constructed by Lubbock-based Greenstreet, Inc. The hotel is owned and managed by Insignia Hospitality Group, Midland, Texas.
